TRACK RENTAL PROCEDURES
NSQMRA members will be able to privately
rent the track from Monday January 21, 2008 through January 31,
2008. Please call Liz Roberts at 386-427-4129. The cost
to rent the track is $53.25 per hour/per family. There is a
maximum of 3 families allowed. Once you enter the track, you
must make sure the gate is closed. It is each families
responsibility to make sure the gate is shut and secure.
There should be no one else at the track
but those who have it rented.
Cost:
*$53.25/hour per family *2 hour minimum *Send payments in full within one week of rental to: *Billing starts at scheduled arrival time, no exceptions
We are required to have EMT's on site at
all private rentals. Liz Roberts will schedule the EMT's for
each rental. It is each families responsibility to pay
the EMT's PRIOR to leaving for the night. The
cost for EMT's is $20.00/hour, cash, with a minimum of 3 hours.
This cost can be divided between the 3 families that have it rented.
If you are the only family that has rented the track, then you are
responsible for the entire $60.00

You will not be allowed to rent the
track without a current 2008 QMA membership. NSQMRA and the
big track will be checking this so if you haven't already renewed
your membership, you can do it at the banquet.
Procedures:
* Call New Smyrna Speedway Office to schedule rental at 386-427-4129 ask for Liz * All families must rent track separately, no combined rentals * All participants must fill out release forms
Rules:
* You must sign in daily at the track.
Kids and adults...NO EXCEPTIONS!
* No cars are to be driven on the
speedway. Cars are to be parked in the designated parking area.
* No Spectators or children are allowed
on the upper level of the track property or grandstands.
* No one is allowed on the equipment on
or around the “Big Track’s” Tire Building, Pit Office or Tech Areas.
* Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters and
Power/Motorized Vehicles are strictly prohibited.
* Please throw all trash in the
barrels. If barrel is full, please contact a NSQMRA Board Member.
* Glass bottles are not allowed on the
premises.
* Please keep the bathrooms clean. If
there is a problem or supplies are out, contact any NSQMRA Board
Member for assistance.
As soon as you get into the track you
must go to the waivers that are hung underneath the judges stand and
sign. All children and adults MUST sign. This is very
important and cannot be neglected.
Please follow all of these guidelines
when renting the track. It is very important for our entire
club to follow these simple requests.
