GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING February 23, 2009 Items that were voted on: 1. Pit Fees increase by $ 5.00 per car. 2. Equipment must be up to date. Safety tags will be looked at to see the rating of the equipment (neck bracelets, gloves, driving suit). 3. Gates will not be opened until 4PM on Friday afternoon. You can not go through the gates until someone is at the building for signing in. You must sign all the waivers and receive a wrist band before entering the gate. 4. Will be using the Monza point system. The heat races will start with the winner receiving 15 points on down. The main race winner will receive 30 points and go down. 5. EMT’s MUST be present before any car can go on the track. 6. Duct tape any holes on the belly pan. Safety will be checking this. 7. Tire rule was approved for this race season. 8. Please enter track from Hwy. 44 instead of 415. No one should block the entrance from 415 to get in the pits. There needs to be enough room for the Board to enter and begin setting up the track. There also needs to be room for the big cars to exit the infield. This will help the program run more smoothly and help meet the 12:00 curfew. 9. Racing will be ended at 12:00 no matter what. If there is a race on the track, we will finish that race and then be finished for the evening. For information on points if this should happen, please see rain out and cancellation policy.
